BALEX offers training on legal issues in the Baltic Sea region for different target groups, such as students, researchers, lawyers, civil servants and officials.

One of BALEX's main goals is to organize education and training in the Baltic Sea area legal themes. This includes on one hand offering interdisciplinary academic training programs for students, including tailor-made courses on legislation and governance in the region and, in the longer run, possibly summer schools or postgraduate programs in Baltic Sea law. On the other hand, we also want to provide vocational training for Lawyers, civil servants and officials in the Baltic Sea region.
