Conference bus between Hotel in Kotka and Conference Venues in Hamina

The conference guests' hotel reservations are made in Sokos Hotel Seurahuone in Kotka. The City of Kotka is located 26 kilometres from the Town of Hamina. The Conference Team will therefore organise bus transport between Sokos Hotel Seurahuone and Conference Venue on both Conference days.  The bus transport is free of charge to Conference guests. Traveling time is about 30 minutes.


Time schedule:

THURSDAY, 27 AUGUST

- In the morning from Hotel Seurahuone to conference venue, departure at 8.30.
- After the conference programme from conference venue to Hotel Seurahuone, departure at 16:15.
- In the evening from Hotel Seurahuone to concert and reception, departure at 18.15.
- After the Reception from Haminan Varuskunta Restaurant to Hotel Seurahuone, departure at 22.00.

FRIDAY, 28 AUGUST

- In the morning (check‐out) from Hotel Seurahuone to conference venue, departure at 8.15.

Reserving a seat on the conference bus:

If you have informed us in your registration form that you will travel with the shuttle, we have already reserved a seat for you. We have also reserved a seat for guests staying in Sokos Hotel Seurahuone Kotka.

If you have not informed us, and are not staying in Sokos Hotel Seurahuone Kotka, but would still like to travel with the conference bus, please reserve a seat by sending an e-mail to Ms. Ahopelto.

Please note, that guests who have registered for transportation will have priority over seats!
