Shuttle bus from Helsinki (city centre and airport)

The Conference Organisers will provide shuttle transportation from / to Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the Hotel / Conference Venue. The shuttle transport is free of charge to Conference guests. Traveling time is about 90 minutes.

Helsinki-Vantaa airport to Sokos Hotel Seurahuone Kotka

1st departure at 13.30
2nd departure at 17.45
3rd departure at 20.45
4th departure at 22.00

Meeting point: Helsinki Airport Information T2, at Arrivals Floor in Terminal 2


NOTE! There is a connection also from Helsinki City Centre to Kotka (via airport). Departure at 19.45 from the bus stop in front of Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma (Mannerheiminaukio 2, Helsinki). Estimated time of arrival in Kotka for this connection is at 22.15.

THURSDAY, 27. AUGUST

Helsinki city centre to Simeon House in Hamina

Departure at 7.00

Meeting point: Bus stop in front of Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma (Mannerheiminaukio 2, Helsinki)

FRIDAY, 28 AUGUST

Simeon House in Hamina to Helsinki-Vantaa airport (and to the Helsinki city centre, if needed)

1st departure at 12.30
2nd departure at 14.00

Reserving a seat on the shuttle bus:

If you have informed us in your registration form that you will travel with the shuttle, we have already reserved a seat for you.

If you have not informed us but would still like to travel with the shuttle, please reserve a seat by sending an e-mail to Ms. Ahopelto.

Please note, that guests who have registered for transportation will have priority over seats!
