How do I get to the conference?

1. From Helsinki

The Conference Organisers will provide shuttle transportation from Helsinki city centre and Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the Hotel / Conference Venue. Read more about the shuttle bus here!

2. From the hotel in Kotka

The conference guests' hotel reservations will be made in Sokos Hotel Seurahuone in Kotka. The City of Kotka is located 26 kilometres from the Town of Hamina. The Conference Team will therefore organise transport between Sokos Hotel Seurahuone and Conference Venue on both Conference days. Read more about the conference bus here! 

3. From other destinations

Should you want to arrange your transport yourself, it is easy to reach Hamina by coach. See the Matkahuolto webpages for information on timetables, rates and tickets.

If you are travelling with a car, you can find directions for example at the 02.fi -service.

Unfortunately there is no train station in Hamina. However, if you are staying in a hotel in Kotka, you can travel by train. See the VR -service for timetables, rates and tickets.
