Materials at the Conference

The conference organisers will provide all guests with conference folder which includes the programme and information on speakers, the conference organisers, and conference venues, and practical information.

There will be a WLAN connection at Simeon House for your disposal.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own materials for distribution. Brochures, hand‐outs and posters are welcome but unfortunately there is no room for large stands. Please inform Ms. Alanen if you are bringing posters, so that we can reserve wall space for you!
