Accommodation during the Conference

1. Accommodation quota

Accomodation quota for the time period 26.-28.8.2009 is reserved in Sokos Hotel Seurahuone, in the City of Kotka. Please note, that the accommodation costs must be covered by the participants themselves.

The guests will pay for the accommodation costs themselves.

Room reservations to the quota at Sokos Hotel Seurahuone Kotka:

Please inform the Conference Team of your possible need for accommodation as you fill in the Registration Form. We will send you a confirmation of your room reservation and registration via e-mail. Please note, that you will not receive a separate registration number from the hotel. The reservation is made under your name.

Shuttle between City of Kotka and Town of Hamina:
City of Kotka is located 26 kilometres from the Town of Hamina. The Conference Team will therefore organise shuttle transport between Sokos Hotel Seurahuone and Conference Venue on both Conference days. See more information here!
